Culinary Soft Light Brown Sugar 3kg Pack

A sweet light brown crystalline beet sugar with a small amount of cane molasses and free from off taints or aromas. Used in a wide range of bakery recipes. It contains molasses combined with light sugar crystals so has extra flavour and richness compared to white sugars and even demerara sugar and is used in a wide range of bakery recipes to add extra flavour as well as sweetness. Commonly used in rich fruit cakes, it is however often used in cookies, muffins, chewy or darker richer meringues, quick breads such as soda breads. Often used in recipes where a more delicate flavour is required that soft dark brown sugar would overpower. Can be used to sweeten premium coffees.
