Like all Finest Belgian Chocolates, it is made from our signature ‘Wieze cocoa blend’. Whole bean roasting guarantee its full taste with a solid cocoa body and fine top notes.

Recipe n° 811 has a round, extremely well-balanced chocolate taste, smooth cocoa body with a pleasant intensity. It is easy to pair with a wide variety of different flavours and ingredients.

    `This is a wonderful chocolate for making a really tasty hot chocolate as well as for baking – not overly bitter and not too sweet either. My son requests this one every time over any other powder based hot chocolates and it’s great value too. For a smooth hot chocolate made with milk, let it briefly boil, that way it doesn’t separate and stays silky until the cup is empty!
