Suggested Recipe

Brownie Mix: 500g Soft Butter: 50g/2 oz Milk: 130 ml/4.5 fl oz Suggested Method: 1. Turn oven on to 160°C/3200F/Gas Mark 2½ and lightly grease 9”/22.5 cm square tin with butter. 2. Place mix into a mixing bowl and gently rub in the butter with fingers. 3. Add the milk. Beat with the wooden spoon to form a thick chocolate mixture. 4. Empty the batter into the greased tin and spread evenly with the wooden spoon. 5. Place the tin into preheated oven and bake for 18–20 minutes, 18 minutes if you like them fudgy. 6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before cutting into even sized portions. 7. Serve when completely cool.
