A plain or culinary white wheat flour milled on the island of Ireland and packed by Kells. With minimum gluten forming protein of 8.2% and a target of 10% it is ideal general-purpose soft flour for shortcrust pastry, scones, soda bread, cake, pancake, biscuit, or cookie making.
