A very high quality 58% total cocoa solid Colombian made dark chocolate stick for baking and decoration obtained from a blend of different Colombian ‘Fino de Aroma’ cocoas. Chocolate sticks for baking and decoration . For the Pastry Chef or Patissiere to use to make their bakery goods extra  special ! Has a pronounced chocolate flavour with delightfully sweet floral tones. Smooth in texture, melts in the mouth quickly. They are great in a short baked  pastry  goods such as a  ‘Pain au Chocolate’ where the bake is 30 minutes or less. 7.8 cm in length. 240-250 sticks per 1.5kg box.
