Just add water or buttermilk, and dried fruit to make traditional white soda bread and fruited soda bread. No added yeast.

Suggested Recipe

Soda Bread Mix: 1000g Water/Buttermilk: 700g Suggested Method: 1. Place mix into Hobart style bowl with the beater attachment. 2. Add in liquid and mix for one minute on first speed. 3. Scrape down. Mix for further two minutes on slow speed. 4. Turn out onto floured table and scale at 600 grams. 5. Bread can be placed in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight if necessary or can be baked immediately. 6. Leave to rest for ten minutes. Bake at 232°C for 25–30 minutes.
