A new addition to our stoneground wholemeal family, Annameal was developed with convenience in mind and should be used with equal amounts of white flour to produce high-quality soda bread. Annameal provides a good flour base with all the characteristics of a real wholemeal and has a protein content of 9.5%–10.5%
